Terms of Service
Please read these terms before using Spin Da Win. By creating an account or buying access codes you agree to them.

01What the service is
Spin Da Win is a game. Each spin returns a random UP or DOWN with equal probability. It is not a prediction, forecast, tip or advice of any kind, and it has no connection to any betting product, game result or market. It cannot improve your chances of winning anything.
02Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to create an account, buy access codes or spin. We may close accounts we believe belong to minors.
03Access codes and payments
Each access code starts one spin. A plan is a one-time purchase, made by mobile money or crypto, that gives you a set number of single-use codes once a payment is verified by our team or an authorised partner. Codes have no cash value, cannot be transferred or resold, and do not expire. Submit one payment proof per payment; duplicate or altered proofs will be rejected.
04Refunds
A used access code is not refundable because a spin is delivered instantly. If you were charged but your access codes were not issued, contact support with your payment reference and we will investigate and correct it.
05Partners and referrals
Partners are independent people who may verify deposits and earn a commission on deposits from users they refer. Partners are not employees or agents of Spin Da Win and may not make claims about the service that contradict these terms, including any claim that spins predict outcomes or guarantee winnings.
06Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to tamper with or share access codes, submit fraudulent payment proofs, abuse support or other users, or create multiple accounts to exploit the service. We may suspend or ban accounts that do.
07Responsible play
Play for fun only and never with money you cannot afford to lose. If gambling is causing you harm, please seek help from a local support service.
08Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses arising from your use of it, including any decision you make because of a spin result.
09Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
