Privacy Policy
This explains what we collect when you use Spin Da Win and how we use it.

01What we collect
Your name, email address, mobile money number and password (stored hashed by Firebase Authentication); your access codes and deposit history; payment-proof images you upload; support chat messages; and, if you were referred, the partner who referred you.
02How we use it
To run your account, verify payments and issue access codes, answer support requests, pay partner commissions, and prevent fraud and abuse. We do not sell your personal data.
03Who can see it
Admins can see account, deposit and support data. The partner who referred you can see your deposit requests and support chat so they can verify payments and help you. Payment-proof images are stored with our image host (Cloudinary).
04Location
We use your approximate country, derived from your connection, only to show prices in a suitable currency.
05Service providers
We use Google Firebase (authentication and database), Cloudinary (image storage) and Telegram (staff notifications for deposits and support). They process data on our behalf under their own terms.
06Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your account data by contacting support. Some records, such as deposit history, may be kept where we need them for accounting or fraud prevention.
